Job Description
At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. The Property Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of Flow’s Real Estate properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with some experience in real estate accounting and analytics
- Proficiency with Excel, G-Suite, Yardi, Netsuite/Intacct a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and good presentation skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for real estate property
- Knowledge of real estate terms, definitions, and real estate analytical methodology
