Job Description
SimpleCITI Companies is seeking an experienced Real Estate Financial Controller to oversee financial management and reporting of their real estate properties, leveraging expertise in Yardi Voyager/Elevate to streamline processes and enhance financial performance.
Requirements
- Nice to have proficiency in Yardi, Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, or Yardi Enterprise
- Proven experience as a Property Controller or in a similar property accounting leadership role
- Expertise in using Yardi at the enterprise level
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, real estate accounting principles, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or other relevant advanced degree or certification preferred
