TREK Development Group is a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm seeking a Controller with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience to oversee accounting operations across multiple entities and manage a team of property accountants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in real estate and/or property management
• Leadership experience
• Accounting and financial management software experience
• Expertise in accounting policies and procedures for a growing business
• Experience in designing and implementing policies and procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
