FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale. We're looking for a hands-on Demand Generation & Marketing Ops marketer to help us build a pipeline across a range of channels and tactics.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on B2B demand gen experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of building qualified pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, organic LinkedIn management, and email marketing (segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, nurture sequences, deliverability).
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards) and the ability to keep CRM data clean.
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages, conversion flows, and managing multiple creative workstreams to ship on time.
- Active daily use of AI tools across research, writing, campaign planning, and data analysis — if you're not already doing this, this role isn't the right fit.
- Strong written English, comfort working independently, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift.
