We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to play a key role in shaping and managing our global rewards framework, conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys, and administering existing benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in an international or global organization.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market benchmarking methodologies.
- Experience with benefit program administration, including health and welfare plans, and retirement plans.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
