As a Senior Field Service Specialist, you will be a strategic leader on-site, overseeing operational performance, mentoring junior staff, and leading technical problem-solving for our mining clients.
Requirements
- English proficiency is required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in the mining industry with at least 3 years in senior field service or technical leadership roles
- Proven expertise in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and plant optimization
- Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and consumables
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and KPIs in a customer-facing environment
- Fluent in Spanish, proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience in plant shutdowns, reliability projects, and technical problem-solving
- Proficiency with CRM and operational software tools
