Associate General Counsel, Capital Markets

Fluidstack is seeking an exceptional and experienced Associate General Counsel to serve as a key advisor to the General Counsel and executive leadership, with primary responsibility for corporate finance and strategic transactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 12+ years of sophisticated legal experience
• Strong working knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and enforcement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
