Job Description
Fluidstack is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational backbone of its talent acquisition function. The role involves scheduling interviews, maintaining data integrity, and providing a white-glove candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of recruiting coordination, administrative, or operations experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
