Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure goals and KPIs are achieved.
- Lead contract renewal discussions and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and business reviews to clients.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on objectives and future growth plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client interactions.
