Job Description
FLYR is a technology company that unlocks freedom to innovate for the travel industry. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Integration Team.
Requirements
- Experience leading individuals and/or engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience developing and mentoring software engineers
- Strong project management skills using Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of engineering processes and best practices
- Experience in hiring and onboarding engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
