Job Description
Flywheel is seeking an AI Demand Innovation Specialist to join their team in Toronto. The role will play a critical role in optimizing sales AI-powered technology stack & it’s integrations, supporting Sales team pipeline campaigns, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Sales or Marketing Operations experience
- Expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub), Salesforce, and AI knowledge
- Proven ability to deploy AI-powered automation across GTM workflows
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
- Basic coding/scripting skills (SQL, Python, Javascript, APIs (Postman), Version Control (Git))
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
