Flywheel is looking for a Manager, Commerce to join their growing Client Services team. The role will involve driving eCommerce strategy and execution across retailers and intermediaries, leading client meetings and communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver strong business results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
- Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving client or business needs
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to Flywheel’s growth and culture
