Flywheel is looking for a Manager, Commerce to join its growing Client Services team. The Manager, Commerce will act as a primary partner for clients, driving eCommerce strategy and execution across retailers and intermediaries.
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day commerce strategy and execution across retail and media channels
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies that drive sales, share, and profit for clients across platforms
- Lead regular client meetings and communications, providing performance updates, actionable insights, and proactive recommendations based on data analysis
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and ensuring quality standards in client deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and deliver integrated solutions for clients
- Manage and monitor key business metrics, campaign performance, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs
- Drive business growth for clients by identifying and presenting new opportunities, trends, and incremental value Flywheel can deliver
- Stay current on industry developments and marketplace changes, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations for clients
- Contribute to internal best practice sharing, training sessions, and new business initiatives
- Occasional travel, as required, based on client needs
