Job Description
We are hiring our first Credit Risk Manager based in Bangalore or Pune. In this role, you will be a key member of the credit risk team, leading the tactical execution of credit policies, managing a portfolio of accounts, and leveraging data-driven insights to safeguard the company’s financial health.
Requirements
- Execute the global credit risk framework across our key verticals (Education, Healthcare, Travel, and B2B)
- Manage the end-to-end credit assessment process for new and existing clients
- Leverage SQL and Python to analyze payment trends, validate credit scoring models, and improve the accuracy of our risk decisioning
- Actively monitor the global portfolio for early warning signals of deteriorating credit
- Propose remediation or collateralization strategies when a signal is triggered
