Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager to help drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across our Global Education business. This high-visibility role will support strategic planning, assess new growth opportunities, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance, optimize revenue, and scale our platform.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in Education or Hospitality/Travel industries is a strong plus
• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a strong plus.
• MBA preferred but not required.
