Requirements
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project budgets
- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses, and regular reporting
- Track and analyze project expenditures, commitments, and change orders
- Evaluate contractor and vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Assist in the development of capital expenditure requests and business cases
