The Construction Project Analyst manages the finances for specific building projects, handling budgets, tracking costs, and reporting financial health to project managers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction accounting or job cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting principles
- Proficient with accounting software
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction contracts and billing methods (AIA)
