Coordinate patient flow activity throughout the hospital, register patients, and assign inpatients to beds via electronic bed board.

Requirements

• Patient Care: Coordinate patient placement process, assign beds to patients, and ensure timely physician requested patient beds.
• Quality: Obtain and edit patient information, maintain good working knowledge of health plans and contractual obligations.
• Communication: Promote and maintain cooperation and communication with other departments, physician offices, hospitals, and patients.
