Therapist's work includes monitoring patient equipment, assisting with code blue situations, and providing respiratory therapy in the presence of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Requirements

• Observes and adheres to departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
• Records pertinent patient care data.
• Conducts pulmonary respiratory therapy procedures and assists with code blue/MET calls.
• Prepares, initiates, and monitors patient respiratory equipment and monitors oxygen equipment.
• Accurately assesses therapy effectiveness and ensures good quality healthcare.
