Requirements
- Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status
- Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets
- Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation)
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner
