2nd Shift Material Handler

Role Overview

The Material Handler role is responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate movement of materials within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, organize and maintain inventory levels, operate forklifts and other equipment, and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 months of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and understand basic math. They will also be able to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment, and have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months of relevant experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic math
• 1+ years of forklift driving experience
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Plex ERP system and inventory transactions
• Demonstrated experience in driving efficiency improvements
• Strong Quality mindset and a drive for perfection
