Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to support elementary and middle school students in developing English language proficiency.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate
- English as a Second Language CE or CEAS
- Minimum of 2 years full-time classroom teaching experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree preferred
- Demonstrated record of academic gains and positive classroom culture
- Passion for educational equity and scholar development
- Ability to implement data-driven instruction and maintain high expectations
- Strong classroom management and lesson preparation skills
