Job description
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead teams of engineers in developing embedded software for the Novation brand. You will shape best practices, foster a strong engineering culture, and work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to balance quality, flow, and product delivery.
Manage team delivery capabilities, champion good engineering practices, facilitate communication and collaboration, and guide engineer development through regular feedback and career development conversations.
You will be a key player in shaping the future of our engineering practices and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers. You will be passionate about music and audio technology, and will have a strong background in software development and leadership.
