Job Description
The 5* Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort in Crete, Greece, and the 4* The Syntopia hotel in Rethymno, Crete, are seeking to hire an HR Manager on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall organization, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of departments and providing an excellent experience for all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in HR Management is an asset
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or a company with a large workforce
- Experience in team management, conflict resolution, and HR matters
