HR Generalist

Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort in Fodele Heraklion seeks to recruit a full-time HR Generalist with the possibility of part-time remote work (hybrid model) for the following key duties and responsibilities:, The selected candidate will support the overall operation of the Human Resources department, actively contributing to the implementation of recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations processes, ensuring a positive experience for employees and smooth operation of the hotel unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role (ideally in the hotel industry or in an environment with a large number of employees).
• Experience in recruitment
• Excellent English language knowledge.
• HR systems (ATS) and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and human-centered approach.
