We are looking for a General Manager Change Management to lead and establish the Change Management Centre of excellence. This pivotal senior leader role will set the Co-op’s change management strategy ensuring change management activity is integrated within Business Units and holistically across the enterprise.
Requirements

- seasoned background operating in large, complex organisations undergoing significant transformation
- deep expertise in optimising enterprise-wide change management outcomes
- extensive people leadership experience including leading multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
- ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior leaders to align change activity with organisational strategy and critical business outcomes
