General Manager Change Management

We are looking for a General Manager Change Management to lead and establish the Change Management Centre of excellence. This pivotal senior leader role will set the Co-op’s change management strategy ensuring change management activity is integrated within Business Units and holistically across the enterprise.

• seasoned background operating in large, complex organisations undergoing significant transformation
• deep expertise in optimising enterprise-wide change management outcomes
• extensive people leadership experience including leading multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
