As a senior leader, you'll support leaders to navigate complex organisational, workforce, and change challenges with confidence.

• Experience leading or delivering workforce transformation initiatives
• Strong project and programme management capability
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influence decision making, and drive alignment through complexity and change
