Job Description
Fooda is recruiting for a part-time Event Coordinator in our Palo Alto market. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality or events background and be eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support local restaurants.
Requirements
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
