Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Fooda is recruiting for a part-time Event Coordinator in their Santa Clara market. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality or events background and be eager to learn about food service and work with great customers.

Requirements

• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Provide real-time onsite customer service and facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
