Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Fooda is recruiting for a part-time Event Coordinator in Boston to support events, gain competency with technology, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and resourceful with strong communication and organizational skills. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Support events in various capacities
• Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues related to food service and customer experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system and onsite technology
• Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly
