Requirements
- Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs.
- Coordinate, prepare, and organize Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Analyze and track key operational and usage metrics.
- Identify, support, and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.
- Manage hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight of onsite support staff.
- Develop and improve processes that scale while achieving operational success.
- Monitor and manage account-level financial health.
