Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support
• Proactive relationship builder with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Highly data-driven with experience pulling insights from usage reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and timelines
• Experience hiring, training, and managing staff with a leadership style that's supportive, clear, and accountability-driven
