Job Description
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of one or more client logos, ensuring every service and location meets Fooda's hospitality and quality standards. This role requires a natural people leader who creates clarity and brings out the best in the teams they support.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end execution of one or more client logos
- Manage and develop all onsite personnel assigned to your program
- Partner with restaurant teams to ensure they are prepared for daily service
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Monitor and refine operational processes
- Support business updates and insights for your program
