Foodsmart is a leading Foodcare platform in the U.S. that provides nutrition-driven healthcare at scale. The company is seeking a Member Support Representative to provide live support to members through incoming calls, addressing their queries and resolving their issues.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Experience in solving complex problems and navigating knowledge bases
• Comfortable working with sensitive and protected information
• Flexible availability with a preference for 11:30am- 8:00 PM PST
