Senior Data Engineer

Foodsmart is a leading Foodcare platform in the U.S. seeking a Senior Data Engineer to construct and optimize data pipeline architecture. The role involves collaborating with data scientists and analysts to facilitate data-related functionalities and ensuring efficient data flow. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in data engineering, expertise in modern cloud data warehouses, and advanced SQL skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering
• Deep expertise in modern cloud data warehouses
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong experience with relational and columnar database systems
• Proficiency in data pipeline/workflow orchestration tools
• Solid programming background for data processing and automation
• Experience in backend development
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards or other regulated data domains
