Foodtastic is a large restaurant company in Canada seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its legal department. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal or law clerk, a law degree from a Canadian or recognized international law school, and fluency in both English and French. The role involves monitoring and coordinating internal legal requests, assisting in legal matter management, and supporting departmental operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal, law clerk, or contract manager in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Legal background with experience in real estate, corporate, or franchising
• Law degree from a Canadian or recognized international law school
• Fluent in both English and French
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with legal technology platforms and document management systems
• Experience in franchising and corporate secretarial functions is strongly preferred
