Superviseur(e) de la gestion des bases de données - Database Management Supervisor

Foodtastic is seeking a Database Management Supervisor to design, maintain, and evolve the company's enterprise data ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and governing databases and data platforms that support restaurant operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, loyalty programs, and enterprise analytics across multiple brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in database design, development, and administration within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with relational databases and data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and transactional systems.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integrations, and automated data pipelines.
• Experience supporting business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI), including semantic models, metrics, and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, security, and access controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical data solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring technical team members is an asset.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-location operating environments is considered an asset.
