Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Personal Injury team in Plymouth. As an Associate, you will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters and provide compassionate and supportive client care.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ-5 years PQE
- Experience in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant) and/or including EL/PL, RTA
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail needed for pleadings, witness statements and written submissions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic attitude with a client-focussed mindset
