Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our stores based in Bury, working directly with a established team to create a best customer shopping experience. The role involves monitoring employee activity, solving problems, and assisting customers. We invest in training and development, offering regular 1-2-1's, training, and support.
Requirements
- Passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos
- Ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
- Experience in managing and motiving a team of Sales Assistants
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude
