Job Description
We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Blackburn. As a Store Supervisor, you will oversee Retail staff’s work in the Store environment, monitor employee activity, and assist customers when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Fashion Retail
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
