Fora is hiring an International Sales Operations Manager to build and own the systems that power advisor acquisition across international markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales-focused role
- Proven experience building or improving sales processes and workflows with measurable impact on funnel performance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex systems and multiple workflows simultaneously
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and internal stakeholders
