Job Description
Forbes is seeking a Director of IT Support and Operations to lead the internal IT infrastructure, providing leadership, strategy, and execution for the company’s operations. This hands-on role involves managing helpdesk teams and ensuring scalable systems, modernizing IT processes, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, combining leadership with operational expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 7–10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
- Experience managing distributed technical teams (on-site and offshore) with strong performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of identity management, device administration, access control, and infrastructure security principles.
