Job Description
ForceMetrics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow its presence in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence, and a proven track record of quota attainment. The role will involve developing a comprehensive sales strategy, building customer relationships, and driving go-to-market efforts. Requirements
- Grit, Persistence, Heart, Desire, Adaptability, Integrity, and Intuition.
- 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS space.
- History as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings.
- Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers.
- Experience within the public sector B2G vertical.
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
