• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools, with the ability to manage data, create dashboards, and generate performance insights.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Adept at designing, implementing, and refining processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Proactive and resourceful in identifying challenges and implementing practical, scalable solutions.
