Job Description
Deliver world-class tailored customer service to internal and external customers, focusing on order, prescription, and complaint management, and identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Ensure smooth flow of order information throughout the supply chain
- Execute strategic order reviews to maximise fleet and production efficiency
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of key account process, its farmers and contract growers
- Facilitate veterinary liaison with regards to prescription requirements for medicated diets
- Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently
