Job Description
The Referral Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting Forge Health's mission to the community by building partnerships and driving awareness of our behavioral health services across Southern NJ.
Requirements
- 2+ years prior experience in behavioral health, Healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development
- Working knowledge of behavioral healthcare models, referral processes and provider workflows
- Availability and flexibility to work outside standard 9–5 hours as needed to support referral/community partners
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with clinicians, practices, or healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort managing outreach pipelines and activity tracking
