Job Description
Forgen is seeking a Director of Pursuits to oversee estimating and proposals functions, securing new business opportunities for the company's geotechnical and specialty civil construction projects. This strategic leadership role manages all aspects of the projects lifecycle, from strategy to competitive positioning to accurate cost estimation and bidding. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Twelve or more years of progressive experience in estimating and proposals within the A/E/C industry.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary pursuit teams on large, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, municipal, and private sector procurement and proposal practices.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.
