Staff Program Manager, Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical or engineering program management role with a focus on product development
• Extensive experience managing complex programs with a combination of systems architecture, electrical engineering, and firmware/software components
• Deep expertise in the Product Development Process (PDP), with a proven track record of successful product validation and delivery
• A systems-level generalist mindset and the ability to quickly establish credibility and influence with technical leaders across different disciplines
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex technical information and strategic recommendations to all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to lead autonomously in an ambiguous environment, defining a clear path forward and driving results without direct supervision
