Form Energy is hiring a Staff Technical Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for our world-class Engineering organization. You will be at the forefront of our growth, navigating the talent landscape of the energy industry to find the experts needed to help scale our pioneering multi-day storage systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience specifically dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering
- Deep understanding of the lifecycle of physical products
- Strategic influence and ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Technical versatility and ability to recruit for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles
- Flexibility and ability to operate within a lean, high-leverage team
- Advanced tech stack mastery
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Natural collaboration and ability to work in a high-trust team
