Staff Supply Chain Program Manager

Form Energy is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead the global supply chain as we enter our defining 2026 Launch Year. The role will be responsible for driving plan creation, aligning players, and ensuring the flawless execution of a complex, multi-gigawatt manufacturing supply chain.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a high-growth hardware environment
• Proficient knowledge of technical requirements, designs and manufacturing processes of energy products
• Experience with mechanical engineering concepts related to the commodity and ability to generate bottom-up should costs
• Technical & commercial understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes on metal forming
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical risks and strategic recommendations
